2004 Landmark East International Ideas Competition

An international group show of competitive art project proposals (234) for a public landmark for the East of England. Landmark East was led by the East of England Development Agency (EEDA) and the Royal Institute of British Arquitects (RIBA). The Star of the East was among the 12 selected finalists.

Big Art Challenge- The UK Art Prize

The Channel 5 show involved a nationwide art competition, a collaboration of Five Arts, the Arts Council of England and the Arts Council of Wales. The show attracted thousands of entries- the works were selected art critic Brian Sewell, designer Wayne Hemingway and artist Jane Wilson as judges. Peace Initiative was among the shortlisted works.
